We offer PAN India door pickup and drop service from Mumbai, Delhi, Pune, Bangalore, Chennai, Hyderabad, Ahmedabad, Kolkata, and all other major cities. All repairs are handled at our main facility in Vadodara, Gujarat, where we maintain stocks of Haver & Boecker spare parts and test equipment.

Routine control board repairs - contactor replacement, relay cleaning, connector reseating - are completed in 3-5 working days. Complex diagnostics involving sensor calibration, soft-starter tuning, and load testing may take 7-10 days. Urgent repairs can be expedited. We provide daily status updates and offer loaner units for critical downtime situations at cement plants and quarries.

Haver & Boecker inductive proximity and vibration sensors are precision instruments vulnerable to the harsh Indian industrial environment - high dust density, moisture during monsoon, temperature swings (10-50 deg C), and unstable electrical mains. Quarries and cement plants expose unshielded cables to direct heat from motor and drive coils. Beyond repair, Synchronics provides commissioning support - we verify soft-starter ramp times and overload settings for your plant's mains voltage profile, calibrate vibration and load sensors against reference standards, and tune control panel timing sequences to your material specification and throughput targets. We also offer on-site training for your plant engineers on preventive maintenance, safe isolation procedures, and troubleshooting your Haver & Boecker system.

All Synchronics repairs carry a 12-month parts and labor warranty against manufacturing defect. For components we supply (contactors, relays, capacitors, sensors), we honour the original equipment supplier warranty. We also offer extended 24/36-month warranties on critical control boards for plants with high uptime requirements. Warranty conditions are documented in our service report and invoice.

Pack the unit securely and courier it to our Vadodara workshop. Include a note with the fault description and your contact details. We will log it into our system and WhatsApp you a job number within 24 hours of receipt. Doorstep pickup is available in Vadodara, Ahmedabad, Surat, Mumbai, and Pune.

Repair cost depends on the model and the fault. We offer a free diagnosis — once we identify the fault, we provide a fixed quotation before proceeding. Typical repairs cost 20–40% of the new unit price. We will never repair without your approval.

All repaired units carry a 6-month comprehensive warranty covering the same fault and related issues. If the fault recurs within the warranty period, we repair it free of cost.

Yes. If we cannot repair your HAVER & BOECKER unit after diagnosis, you pay only the diagnosis fee (₹500–₹1,500 depending on the product). The unit is returned to you at no additional charge.
