We collect the following categories of information: (a) Identity Data — full name, designation, company name, GST number; (b) Contact Data — postal address, email address, phone numbers, WhatsApp number; (c) Equipment Data — details of the industrial equipment submitted for repair, including brand, model, serial number, fault description, and customer-supplied documentation; (d) Transaction Data — repair quotations accepted, invoice records, payment details (excluding sensitive financial data such as card numbers, which we do not store); (e) Technical Data — IP addresses, browser type, operating system, referring URLs, and session data collected automatically when you visit our website; (f) Communication Data — emails, web enquiry forms, WhatsApp messages, and call records related to your service engagement; (g) Marketing Data — your preferences regarding receiving marketing communications and your newsletter subscription status. We do not knowingly collect sensitive personal data (as defined under DPDPA 2023) unless strictly necessary and with your explicit consent.

3.How We Use Your Information

We use your information to: (a) process and fulfil repair service requests and respond to enquiries; (b) issue Quotations, Invoices, warranty certificates, and repair reports; (c) communicate with you about the status of your repair job; (d) process payments and maintain financial records as required by Indian tax and accounting laws (including under the Companies Act, 2013 and the GST Act, 2017); (e) send you service updates, newsletters, promotional offers, and new service announcements where you have opted in or where permitted under applicable law; (f) improve our website, services, and customer experience through analysis of aggregated, anonymised usage data; (g) comply with legal obligations, regulatory requirements, or court orders; (h) detect, prevent, and investigate fraud, security breaches, and misuse of our services; and (i) maintain internal technical knowledge-base records derived from repair work (without identifying individual customers in published content). We will not use your personal data for purposes other than those described in this Policy without your prior consent, except where required by law.

After retention periods expire, data is securely deleted or anonymised. The Company reserves the right to retain data for longer periods where required by law, or for the establishment, exercise, or defence of legal claims.

We store only the delivery confirmation logs and the substance of communications necessary for service support and internal tracking. Meta's WhatsApp Business Privacy Policy governs Meta's own data use. We use transactional email services to deliver quotations, invoices, repair updates, and OTP verifications. Email content is processed by our email service provider solely for delivery and spam prevention purposes. We do not send unsolicited bulk emails. All marketing emails include an unsubscribe link.
