About Synchronics

Sudhanshu Purandare founded Synchronics in 1994 in Vadodara, India, at a time when industrial electronics repair was largely limited to module swaps or replacements. He believed something different: that repair work should solve problems at the core — at the board and component level, with the same discipline and ownership found in large industrial engineering teams.

His early career began in petrochemicals, followed by 15 years in the oil and gas sector, where he gained deep exposure to industrial systems, field challenges, and operational reliability. Electronics, however, was where his interest always pulled him — not as a career shift, but as a return to what he enjoyed most: understanding circuits, studying component behaviour, and fixing what others often replaced.

Synchronics started from a single workbench in a residential home, built on curiosity, study of datasheets, finding component equivalents, and validating every repair outcome. Over time, his approach made him a trusted consultant for companies facing electronics failures where standard replacement paths were impractical or uneconomical. He also mentored students and encouraged young engineers to see repair as real engineering, not compromise work.

Parimal Purandare leads engineering advancement at Synchronics Electronics Pvt. Ltd. He holds a degree in Computer Applications from Maharaja Sayajirao University, Vadodara, and has been part of the company's growth for over 20 years.

His work centres around one mission: expanding technical capability on the repair floor. That includes improving test setups, building specialised diagnostic environments, and designing jigs and fixtures that help engineers solve complex board and component-level faults with speed and accuracy.

Synchronics started in a home with one workbench and a small team. Over the years, that setup transformed into what it is today: India's #1 and largest industrial electronics repair lab. The repair floor now runs 150+ dedicated workstations, supported by 180+ trained engineers. Each bench is equipped with advanced diagnostic instruments, hardware simulation rigs, industrial load environments, and practical test jigs designed to mirror real field conditions.

Alpa Purandare is a core pillar of Synchronics Electronics Pvt. Ltd., shaping the company's operational efficiency, people culture, and workspace design. She holds a degree in Computer Engineering from SVIT, Vasad, and brings over 20 years of experience in software development and talent management.

Her role has always been hands-on and purpose-driven. She ensures internal systems, workflows, and communication stay structured, practical, and scalable as the company grows. She leads the HR function — building teams with intent, mentoring young engineers, and recruiting talent that matches the company's discipline and problem-solving mindset.

Alpa also plays a key role in designing the physical workspace that engineers rely on every day. From workstation layouts to lab ergonomics, testing environments, safety considerations, and practical usability — she ensures the repair floor is built for engineers to focus, test, simulate, and solve without distraction.
