Will sending my equipment to a third party void the OEM warranty?
Only if the unit is still under active OEM warranty — which is rare for industrial electronics (most OEM warranties are 12–18 months). For units out of warranty, third-party repair has no legal bearing on your coverage. Our warranty certificate provides its own 6-month protection.
How do I know my expensive equipment is safe with you?
