Yes. Synchronics has licensed UDEY programming software and full documentation for ladder logic, function blocks, and structured text environments. If your original program is lost, we can often recover it from the EEPROM of damaged units. For new configurations, we work with your automation engineer to load custom logic, test IO mappings, and verify Modbus/Ethernet communication before shipment. We also provide basic training on our diagnostic findings.
