Synchronics repairs the full WISMAN product range - PLC controllers (WPC series), motion modules (WSM), distributed I/O nodes (WIO), communication gateways (WCM), power supplies (WPP), and HMI panels (WTP). For standard WPC PLC faults like program corruption or I/O module failures, Synchronics typically completes diagnosis and repair within 24-48 hours of receiving the unit. Complex issues like multi-module replacement or custom firmware recovery may require 3-5 days. We provide daily status updates and maintain emergency same-day turnaround for critical production equipment. All WISMAN controllers are fully tested on genuine test benches and returned with factory-calibrated performance.

Synchronics maintains active stock of critical WISMAN modules including WPC memory cards, WSM MOSFET assemblies, WIO relay banks, WCM optocouplers, WPP electrolytic capacitors, and WTP LCD panels. For less common modules, we source directly from WISMAN authorized distributors within 2-3 working days. All parts carry authenticity verification and come with technical documentation. We also perform component-level repairs (IC replacement, solder reflow) where cost-effective alternatives exist to full module swaps.

If you have a backup of your original WISMAN program (ladder logic source file), Synchronics can reload it into a repaired WPC controller at no extra charge. If the program is lost, we can recover it from flash memory using specialized WISMAN engineering tools if the memory chip is intact. If complete recovery is not possible, we recommend you contact your original system integrator for the program source. Synchronics does NOT create new custom programs, but we do restore and validate all customer programs that are provided to us.

Pack the unit securely and courier it to our Vadodara workshop. Include a note with the fault description and your contact details. We will log it into our system and WhatsApp you a job number within 24 hours of receipt. Doorstep pickup is available in Vadodara, Ahmedabad, Surat, Mumbai, and Pune.

Repair cost depends on the model and the fault. We offer a free diagnosis — once we identify the fault, we provide a fixed quotation before proceeding. Typical repairs cost 20–40% of the new unit price. We will never repair without your approval.

All repaired units carry a 6-month comprehensive warranty covering the same fault and related issues. If the fault recurs within the warranty period, we repair it free of cost.

Yes. If we cannot repair your WISMAN unit after diagnosis, you pay only the diagnosis fee (₹500–₹1,500 depending on the product). The unit is returned to you at no additional charge.
