Capacitive Touch Sensor Capacitor Replacement
Identified degraded 100 nF MLCC reference capacitor (Ilitek touch controller) with micro-cracks; desoldered and replaced with Murata GRM31CR61A107KA19L under Metcal precision soldering station.
Display Controller Decoupling Capacitor Refresh
Proactively replaced all adjacent 4.7 µF and 10 µF decoupling capacitors around display control circuit to eliminate residual ghost input risk.
OEM Calibration & Functional Validation
Performed full-cycle factory calibration using Beamex reference pressure manifold (0-10 bar, 0.5 mA loop signals) and 50+ sequential touchscreen interaction tests.
