About the Role
Synchronics Electronics is seeking a creative and technically savvy Multimedia Content Creator to join our Design Department. In this dynamic role, you'll be the driving force behind our digital presence, crafting engaging visual content that showcases our industrial electronics repair expertise to audiences across social media platforms. You'll combine photography, videography, and editing skills to produce high-impact reels, promotional videos, and digital advertisements that resonate with our target audience. Key Responsibilities
- 1Conceptualize, shoot, and edit short-form video content (reels) optimized for Instagram, YouTube Shorts, LinkedIn, and TikTok platforms
- 2Perform professional photography of industrial equipment, repair processes, team activities, and company events for marketing and social media use
- 3Edit raw footage into polished, engaging videos using industry-standard software (Premiere Pro, CapCut, or similar tools) with attention to color grading, sound design, and pacing
- 4Design and create visually appealing digital advertisements and promotional graphics for various marketing campaigns and product launches
- 5Leverage AI tools (ChatGPT, generative AI platforms) to brainstorm content ideas, generate captions, and optimize content strategy for maximum engagement
- 6Manage content calendars and publish videos across multiple social media platforms with appropriate hashtags, descriptions, and timing optimization
- 7Collaborate with marketing and management teams to understand brand messaging, campaign objectives, and target audience demographics
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of proven experience in videography, photography, and video editing for social media or digital marketing platforms
- Demonstrated expertise in creating short-form video content (reels, shorts) with strong understanding of platform-specific algorithms and audience engagement
- Proficiency with at least two professional video editing software tools (Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve, CapCut, or equivalent)
- Portfolio showcasing 10+ examples of self-created, published social media content with measurable engagement metrics
- Comfortable working independently and managing multiple content projects simultaneously with creative autonomy
- Experience integrating AI tools into creative workflows and willingness to stay updated with emerging content creation technologies
- Strong understanding of visual storytelling, composition, color theory, and how to adapt content for different social media platforms
