Sales Executive - Industrial Electronics

Synchronics Electronics is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our fast-growing sales team. With over 30 years of industry expertise and a portfolio of 50+ global brands including Siemens, ABB, and Allen Bradley, we're India's trusted partner for industrial electronics repair and solutions. In this role, you'll be responsible for identifying and nurturing business opportunities with manufacturing facilities, OEMs, and industrial enterprises across India. You'll leverage your technical knowledge of PLCs, drives, and HMIs to build credibility with clients and close high-value contracts. Key Responsibilities
- 1Identify, develop, and nurture B2B sales opportunities with manufacturing units, OEMs, and industrial enterprises requiring electronics repair and maintenance services
- 2Conduct technical presentations and product demonstrations of repair solutions, emphasizing PLC programming, VFD drives, HMI systems, and predictive maintenance benefits to decision-makers
- 3Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts through regular follow-ups, site visits, and understanding client pain points in equipment downtime and repair costs
- 4Prepare detailed quotations, technical proposals, and ROI analyses tailored to client specifications and equipment requirements
- 5Travel across assigned regions (North, South, East, West India) to conduct site assessments, client meetings, and attend industry exhibitions and trade shows
- 6Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets while maintaining accurate pipeline forecasting and CRM data management
- 7Collaborate with technical teams to provide pre-sales support, troubleshooting advice, and post-sales customer satisfaction
Requirements
- 4-5 years of proven sales experience in industrial electronics, industrial automation, or B2B technical sales
- Strong working knowledge of industrial electronics components including PLCs, Variable Frequency Drives (VFDs), HMI systems, and industrial control systems
- Willingness to travel extensively across India for client meetings, demonstrations, and relationship building
- Excellent communication skills in English and regional languages; ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
- Professional presentation skills with ability to engage senior management and technical decision-makers
- Valid driving license and comfort with frequent travel; availability to undertake multi-day trips
- Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a B2B environment
