If ACI-NET firmware is corrupted but the data retention battery is functional, Synchronics backs up your production recipe database using our proprietary ACI firmware extraction tool before attempting reflash. The backup is stored on secure external media and restored after firmware reprogramming. If the data battery has also failed, we can often recover recipes from backup SD cards stored in the HMI unit. All repaired units carry a 6-month comprehensive warranty covering the same fault and related issues. If the fault recurs within the warranty period, we repair it free of cost.

Yes. If we cannot repair your ACI unit after diagnosis, you pay only the diagnosis fee (₹500–₹1,500 depending on the product). The unit is returned to you at no additional charge.
