Absolutely. Synchronics uses specialized non-destructive memory extraction techniques to backup your PLC program logic before any firmware operation. We restore the OEM baseline image, then reload your original application software. If your backup is unavailable, our engineers can often reverse-engineer program flow from flash dump analysis — common for legacy AutoControl AC-240 and AC-340 models. This preserves your production logic and minimizes commissioning time.

For standard IGBT module failure in PowerDrive PD-11, PD-22, and PD-45 units, our TAT is 7-9 working days including module replacement, gate-drive recalibration, and thermal cycling validation. Synchronics primarily specializes in repair and remanufacturing of AET modules and assemblies. However, we maintain stock of high-failure components — IGBT modules, capacitor banks, display panels, encoder cables, and transformer assemblies — for common AET units. We also source OEM spare parts through our European supplier network. All repaired units carry a 6-month comprehensive warranty covering the same fault and related issues. If the fault recurs within the warranty period, we repair it free of cost.

Yes. If we cannot repair your AET unit after diagnosis, you pay only the diagnosis fee (₹500–₹1,500 depending on the product). The unit is returned to you at no additional charge.
