Yes. ALTEK ACM analog card failures (ACM-4AI-12B, ACM-8AI-16B, ACM-RTD-4CH, etc.) are frequently caused by ground loop noise, sensor cable routing issues, or ADC calibration drift. Synchronics performs full analog board-level diagnostics, verifies ADC linearity and offset across the full input range, recalibrates 4-20mA and 0-10V channels, and tests with actual sensor simulators. All repaired units carry a 6-month comprehensive warranty covering the same fault and related issues. If the fault recurs within the warranty period, we repair it free of cost.

Yes. If we cannot repair your ALTEK unit after diagnosis, you pay only the diagnosis fee (₹500–₹1,500 depending on the product). The unit is returned to you at no additional charge.
