Synchronics maintains pan-India repair capability for the complete AUSTROFLAMM product range including flame detection systems, burner management controllers, fuel modulation electronics, and safety interlocks. We offer door pickup from major industrial cities including Mumbai, Delhi, Pune, Bangalore, Chennai, Hyderabad, Ahmedabad, Surat, and smaller manufacturing clusters across Gujarat, Maharashtra, and Odisha. All repairs are conducted at our Vadodara facility with rapid turnaround and certified testing.

First, verify that the furnace is actually alight and the burner is receiving fuel. Check the flame detector lens for soot and combustion residue - a contaminated window is the most common cause in Indian furnaces. If cleaning does not restore the signal, the photodiode amplifier board may have drifted out of calibration. Synchronics can clean the optical path, recalibrate the amplifier, and test with our precision flame simulation equipment. If the sensor module itself has failed, we replace it with a factory-equivalent unit and validate flame detection before return to service.

Synchronics repairs AUSTROFLAMM safety interlock modules including latching relay replacement, reset circuit diagnostics, and manual reset mechanism repair. However, we do not bypass or disable safety functions - all repairs maintain full SIL compliance and safety-rated operation. If a safety module is beyond component-level repair, we replace the entire module with an AUSTROFLAMM-equivalent unit and re-validate all interlocks and shutdown sequences before commissioning. Safety certification documentation is provided with every repair.

Standard AUSTROFLAMM BMC controller repairs including firmware backup, analogue input card diagnosis, relay module replacement, and communication testing take 5-7 working days at Synchronics. For controllers requiring component-level board repair such as surface-mount IC replacement or transformer rewinding, turnaround extends to 10-14 days. Synchronics provides 12 months parts and labour warranty on all AUSTROFLAMM repairs, covering manufacturing defects and component failures under normal operation. The warranty specifically accounts for Indian industrial environments including high ambient temperatures, humidity in coastal areas, and electrical voltage fluctuations common in power-constrained facilities. We use industrial-grade components rated for extended temperature and humidity ranges. Warranty claims are processed rapidly with expedited replacement units available to minimise furnace downtime during the repair cycle.

Pack the unit securely and courier it to our Vadodara workshop. Include a note with the fault description and your contact details. We will log it into our system and WhatsApp you a job number within 24 hours of receipt. Doorstep pickup is available in Vadodara, Ahmedabad, Surat, Mumbai, and Pune.

Repair cost depends on the model and the fault. We offer a free diagnosis — once we identify the fault, we provide a fixed quotation before proceeding. Typical repairs cost 20–40% of the new unit price. We will never repair without your approval.

All repaired units carry a 6-month comprehensive warranty covering the same fault and related issues. If the fault recurs within the warranty period, we repair it free of cost.

Yes. If we cannot repair your AUSTROFLAMM unit after diagnosis, you pay only the diagnosis fee (₹500–₹1,500 depending on the product). The unit is returned to you at no additional charge.
