Equipment is serviced at our fully equipped facility in Vadodara, Gujarat, with TAT of 5-10 working days for most repairs.

Synchronics technicians perform systematic diagnostics: we first check 24V supply voltage and signal continuity, then power the PLC and observe boot sequence LED patterns. Firmware corruption typically shows no startup LEDs or repeated warm resets. We use bootloader mode to read the flash memory and compare against known good firmware checksums. If the bootloader itself is corrupt, we recover using JTAG programming. Hardware faults usually present as specific I/O module failures or no power output.

If the LCD backlight or pixel array is damaged but the controller PCB is intact, Synchronics sources compatible replacement LCDs and performs the swap with recalibration of brightness and contrast. If the entire display module is obsolete, we provide a salvage credit against the cost of a new Automation Ind panel or equivalent third-party HMI as an upgrade. Every repaired Automation Ind unit undergoes a multi-stage test protocol: (1) power-on functional test with load simulation, (2) communication link verification (Modbus, Profibus, Ethernet), (3) safety output testing and parameter retention check, (4) thermal stability test under maximum rated load for 2-4 hours. Yes. If we cannot repair your AUTOMATION IND unit after diagnosis, you pay only the diagnosis fee (₹500–₹1,500 depending on the product). The unit is returned to you at no additional charge.
