Absolutely. We specialise in Beckhoff CX series (CX5140, CX7000, CX9020, etc.) SD card recovery and TwinCAT runtime reinstallation. If your Industrial PC is stuck in boot loops or shows 'no valid runtime' errors, Synchronics can recover your project files from corrupted storage, reload the operating system image, and re-activate TwinCAT licenses. We also provide firmware version audits to ensure compatibility with your EtherCAT network.

First, verify all EL-series terminal connectors are fully seated and your RJ45 coupler cables are undamaged. If the error persists, contact Synchronics. We perform full EtherCAT bus topology scanning, measure signal integrity on twisted pairs, test each terminal individually on a test bench, and check firmware consistency across the chain. Common fixes include re-enumeration of node addresses, cable shielding repair, or replacement of failed EL-series couplers (EK1000, EK1100, EK1110) that act as network repeaters.

Yes. Synchronics maintains stock of commonly repaired Beckhoff modules including CX5140 boards, EL1xxx/EL2xxx/EL3xxx/EL5xxx input-output terminals, and emergency 24V PSU modules. For urgent replacements, we offer loaner equipment during your repair cycle. We also have technical relationships with authorised Beckhoff distributors in India, enabling fast procurement of long-lead items like specialty stepper coupler modules.

Standard turnaround is 5-7 working days for CX industrial PC and EtherCAT terminal diagnostics, testing, and repair. Express turnaround (2-3 days) is available for production-critical equipment. Complex issues such as TwinCAT software debugging, safety certification re-validation, or board-level component replacement may require 10-14 days. We provide daily repair status updates and can expedite shipping back to your plant via same-day courier if needed.

Pack the unit securely and courier it to our Vadodara workshop. Include a note with the fault description and your contact details. We will log it into our system and WhatsApp you a job number within 24 hours of receipt. Doorstep pickup is available in Vadodara, Ahmedabad, Surat, Mumbai, and Pune.

Repair cost depends on the model and the fault. We offer a free diagnosis — once we identify the fault, we provide a fixed quotation before proceeding. Typical repairs cost 20–40% of the new unit price. We will never repair without your approval.

All repaired units carry a 6-month comprehensive warranty covering the same fault and related issues. If the fault recurs within the warranty period, we repair it free of cost.

Yes. If we cannot repair your BECKHOFF unit after diagnosis, you pay only the diagnosis fee (₹500–₹1,500 depending on the product). The unit is returned to you at no additional charge.
