Yes. Synchronics maintains the full CIRIS repair capability across India — AC converters, DC controllers, servo amplifiers, PLCs, and HMI panels. We offer same-day or next-day door pickup from all major cities including Mumbai, Delhi, Pune, Bangalore, Hyderabad, Ahmedabad, Surat, and Vadodara. All repairs are performed in our Vadodara, Gujarat facility with direct access to CIRIS technical support channels.

Synchronics provides 12 months warranty on CIRIS AC and DC converter repairs covering component failures and control circuit faults. We replace all capacitors, transistors, and optocouplers as standard practice. If a repaired converter fails within warranty, we repair or replace it at no charge. Extended warranty plans are available for critical production equipment.

Absolutely. Encoder feedback failures are among the most common servo amplifier issues we repair. We diagnose encoder cable integrity, test differential receivers, verify encoder supply voltage, and recalibrate zero offset. We stock replacement encoders and can upgrade your system to Ethernet-based absolute encoders. Typical turnaround is 3-5 days including full load testing.

Severely damaged power stages or water-ingressed boards may warrant replacement.

Pack the unit securely and courier it to our Vadodara workshop. Include a note with the fault description and your contact details. We will log it into our system and WhatsApp you a job number within 24 hours of receipt. Doorstep pickup is available in Vadodara, Ahmedabad, Surat, Mumbai, and Pune.

All repaired units carry a 6-month comprehensive warranty covering the same fault and related issues. If the fault recurs within the warranty period, we repair it free of cost.

Yes. If we cannot repair your CIRIS unit after diagnosis, you pay only the diagnosis fee (₹500–₹1,500 depending on the product). The unit is returned to you at no additional charge.
