Synchronics performs root-cause diagnostics using oscilloscope and thermal imaging, replaces all suspect semiconductors and capacitors, and reprograms firmware for your specific load and ambient conditions. We test drive current loops and encoder feedback before return.

Absolutely. CNEWTEC HMI-T series panels often suffer flash memory corruption or capacitive touchscreen IC failure. Synchronics can extract and reload firmware via JTAG/serial interfaces even if panels appear dead, and we replace failed touchscreen controllers and display ICs. If you have backed-up parameter files or screen configurations, we restore those too. Typical turnaround is 5-7 days for complete diagnosis and repair.

Pack the unit securely and courier it to our Vadodara workshop. Include a note with the fault description and your contact details. We will log it into our system and WhatsApp you a job number within 24 hours of receipt. Doorstep pickup is available in Vadodara, Ahmedabad, Surat, Mumbai, and Pune.

All repaired units carry a 6-month comprehensive warranty covering the same fault and related issues. If the fault recurs within the warranty period, we repair it free of cost.

Yes. If we cannot repair your CNEWTEC unit after diagnosis, you pay only the diagnosis fee (₹500–₹1,500 depending on the product). The unit is returned to you at no additional charge.
