We provide daily status updates and expedited same-day diagnostic reports. Critical production equipment qualifies for priority queue placement.

Absolutely. COMCO pressure regulators and proportional valve cartridges are core to precision finishing accuracy. Synchronics maintains pressure test benches calibrated against NIST standards, capable of testing regulators across 0-200 PSI with 0.5 PSI resolution. We perform cartridge replacement, internal passage cleaning, seal refacing, and spool polishing to factory tolerances. All repaired regulators are bench-tested and certified with documentation before shipment. OEM replacement parts are in stock for rapid turnaround.

Pressure drift in COMCO AccuFlo systems typically indicates regulator seal degradation, contaminated compressed air, or proportional valve spool stiction. This is also caused by moisture in the air system creating mineral deposits inside the regulator, or abrasive dust entry into the proportional control valve coils. Synchronics diagnosis involves isolating the regulator supply, measuring actual versus set pressure across a 2-hour run cycle, and inspecting for internal blockage. We'll clean or replace the affected cartridge, install upstream air filtration/desiccant, and validate pressure stability before return. Most cases resolve with regulator service.

All repaired units carry a 6-month comprehensive warranty covering the same fault and related issues. If the fault recurs within the warranty period, we repair it free of cost.

Yes. If we cannot repair your COMCO unit after diagnosis, you pay only the diagnosis fee (₹500–₹1,500 depending on the product). The unit is returned to you at no additional charge.
