Synchronics uses a mix of genuine DOMEL OEM parts and certified equivalent components from trusted suppliers. For critical components (Hall sensors, commutators, brushes, bearings), we prioritize OEM DOMEL parts to ensure design compatibility and warranty integrity. Yes. Synchronics offers customized rewind services for DOMEL universal and DC motors to match specific Indian manufacturing environments. We can rewind stator coils with higher insulation class (H-class 180C polyimide enamel instead of standard F-class), increase coil cross-section for lower copper losses in high-ambient textile mills, or modify winding turns ratio for non-standard voltage supply in remote Indian factories. All custom rewinds are documented, tested, and backed by engineering sign-off.

All DOMEL motor repairs carry a 12-month material and workmanship warranty covering defects in rewinding, bearing replacement, and controller repair. This includes free return shipping within India if a repaired motor fails under normal operating conditions. We also offer an optional extended 24-month warranty (at 15% of repair cost) for mission-critical textile mill motors and pharmaceutical process equipment. Warranty is void only if motor is opened, modified, or overloaded beyond OEM rated specifications by the customer.

All repaired units carry a 6-month comprehensive warranty covering the same fault and related issues. If the fault recurs within the warranty period, we repair it free of cost.

Yes. If we cannot repair your DOMEL unit after diagnosis, you pay only the diagnosis fee (₹500–₹1,500 depending on the product). The unit is returned to you at no additional charge.
