Yes, Synchronics is the authorized service partner for Eagle Research across India. We repair all Eagle Research data acquisition systems, signal conditioning modules, temperature monitors, and sensor interface nodes. We offer PAN India free pickup and delivery from Mumbai, Delhi, Pune, Bangalore, Chennai, Hyderabad, Ahmedabad, and 50+ cities. Equipment ships to our main facility in Vadodara, Gujarat, where our certified engineers perform repairs with full calibration traceability.

Standard repairs are completed within 5-7 working days from receipt. Critical production-line equipment gets expedited handling - most can be turned around in 2-3 days. Complex calibration or firmware issues may require 7-10 days. We provide daily repair status updates via email and SMS, and offer loaner equipment for high-priority customer needs during repair cycles.

Yes. Synchronics maintains Eagle Research calibration standards and performs full recalibration on all returned modules. We calibrate analog input channels, thermocouple interfaces, and output circuits to within original ±0.1% tolerance specifications. Full calibration certificates with traceability to international standards are provided with every repair. We use NIST-traceable reference equipment to ensure measurement accuracy in your repaired Eagle Research systems.

E-3401 indicates internal reference voltage drift and requires immediate recalibration - contact Synchronics for urgent service. E-5201 signals EEPROM corruption and typically requires firmware reload or data restoration. Do not power-cycle repeatedly as this may worsen data loss. Email photos and error logs to our support team, and we will arrange immediate collection from your facility. Most fault codes are resolved within 3-5 days at Synchronics.

Synchronics maintains stock of critical Eagle Research components including isolation transformers, analog input amplifiers, voltage reference ICs, network transformers, and display modules. For specialized components, we source directly from Eagle Research's authorized parts network. We can often expedite parts orders within 2-3 working days. We also repair and refurbish older Eagle Research modules using quality equivalent components where original spares are obsolete.

Pack the unit securely and courier it to our Vadodara workshop. Include a note with the fault description and your contact details. We will log it into our system and WhatsApp you a job number within 24 hours of receipt. Doorstep pickup is available in Vadodara, Ahmedabad, Surat, Mumbai, and Pune.

Repair cost depends on the model and the fault. We offer a free diagnosis — once we identify the fault, we provide a fixed quotation before proceeding. Typical repairs cost 20–40% of the new unit price. We will never repair without your approval.

All repaired units carry a 6-month comprehensive warranty covering the same fault and related issues. If the fault recurs within the warranty period, we repair it free of cost.

Yes. If we cannot repair your EAGLE RESEARCH unit after diagnosis, you pay only the diagnosis fee (₹500–₹1,500 depending on the product). The unit is returned to you at no additional charge.
