Yes. Synchronics repairs the full EASTAR product range — servo drives, stepper controllers, motion PLCs, I/O modules, and HMI panels. We offer pan-India door pickup from Mumbai, Delhi, Pune, Chennai, Hyderabad, Ahmedabad, Surat, and 50+ other cities. All repairs are performed at our 50,000 sq.ft facility in Vadodara, Gujarat with TAT of 5-7 working days for most faults.

ESV servo drive repairs range from INR 8,000-25,000 depending on fault severity. Encoder communication restoration costs INR 8,000-12,000. Power stage transistor replacement with testing is INR 15,000-20,000. Synchronics provides free diagnostic assessment and written quotation before proceeding. We also stock common replacement modules for faster throughput.

Yes. Synchronics maintains stock of genuine EASTAR servo drive modules, I/O cards, HMI display panels, and stepper controller boards. For obsolete models, we source components through our Taiwan distributor network. Most replacement modules arrive within 2-3 weeks. We also repair and remanufacture common subassemblies like power supply boards and encoder interface cards at 40-50% cost saving versus new units.

EASTAR ESV drives use incremental or absolute encoders to provide position feedback for closed-loop servo control. Encoder calibration (zero-point and counts-per-revolution verification) is required after replacing the encoder, rebuilding the motor, or if you see position drift errors. Synchronics performs encoder calibration using our motion test bench and delivers a calibration certificate. This prevents positioning errors in high-precision applications like textile pattern-matching and pharmaceutical capsule feeds.

Synchronics provides 12 months warranty on all repaired EASTAR drives, PLCs, and modules against the same fault. We also offer optional extended 24-month warranty and preventive maintenance contracts covering annual inspection, cleaning, and firmware updates. For critical production lines, we supply loaner equipment to minimise downtime while your unit is being repaired.

Pack the unit securely and courier it to our Vadodara workshop. Include a note with the fault description and your contact details. We will log it into our system and WhatsApp you a job number within 24 hours of receipt. Doorstep pickup is available in Vadodara, Ahmedabad, Surat, Mumbai, and Pune.

Repair cost depends on the model and the fault. We offer a free diagnosis — once we identify the fault, we provide a fixed quotation before proceeding. Typical repairs cost 20–40% of the new unit price. We will never repair without your approval.

All repaired units carry a 6-month comprehensive warranty covering the same fault and related issues. If the fault recurs within the warranty period, we repair it free of cost.

Yes. If we cannot repair your EASTAR unit after diagnosis, you pay only the diagnosis fee (₹500–₹1,500 depending on the product). The unit is returned to you at no additional charge.
