Synchronics performs NIST-traceable calibration using certified test weights covering 0%, 25%, 50%, 75%, and 100% of rated load cell capacity. For Electroscale analog transmitters, we adjust zero offset and full-scale gain using precision potentiometers, then verify 4-20mA linearity using a calibrated milliamp meter. Digital indicators are tested with simulated load signals across the full measurement range. Calibration certificate is issued and data logged for compliance records.

Synchronics performs systematic diagnostics: we first verify power supply voltage and signal continuity, then test load cell output with a digital multimeter under known load. If analog signals are correct but display is wrong, the fault is in the indicator firmware or display stage. If analog signals are unstable or missing, the transmitter output stage or load cell cable is faulty. Yes, but Synchronics recommends caution. Original Electroscale analog transmitters (XK series) cannot be retrofitted with ModBus. However, newer Electroscale WLS-300 and WLS-500 networked systems support ModBus RTU and Profibus. If you have legacy analog Electroscale equipment, we can integrate a ModBus gateway converter between the transmitter and your PLC. Synchronics handles the integration, communication testing, and operator training to minimize production downtime.

This is typically a temperature coefficient issue in Electroscale load cell amplifiers. The thermistor-based analog compensation drifts with ambient temperature changes. If your plant experiences 15-20°C temperature swings between morning and afternoon, even a 0.05%/°C drift adds up to ±0.75% error. Synchronics recalibrates the temperature compensation coefficients and tests across 0-50°C to ensure ±0.05% stability. If the thermistor itself has failed, we replace it with a matched precision component. This is common in Indian manufacturing during seasonal changes.

All repaired units carry a 6-month comprehensive warranty covering the same fault and related issues. If the fault recurs within the warranty period, we repair it free of cost.

Yes. If we cannot repair your ELECTROSCALE unit after diagnosis, you pay only the diagnosis fee (₹500–₹1,500 depending on the product). The unit is returned to you at no additional charge.
