Complex issues such as firmware corruption or multiple module failures may take 10-14 days. We offer express 2-day service for customers who provide spare units or accept higher service fees. All repairs include 6 months parts and labor warranty.

Yes. Synchronics can extract, analyze, and preserve your custom firmware and user programs during repair. If memory is corrupted, we work from your backup program files or circuit documentation to rebuild logic. We reprogram the EEPROM carefully under controlled conditions and test all I/O functions and logic blocks before return. We sign NDA agreements to protect your proprietary software.

We maintain a stock of high-reliability replacement capacitors, IGBT modules, power semiconductor components, and encoder connectors compatible with ETEC equipment. Yes. If we cannot repair your ETEC unit after diagnosis, you pay only the diagnosis fee (₹500–₹1,500 depending on the product). The unit is returned to you at no additional charge.
