Yes. If your FAE controller's memory card fails or is corrupted, our engineers use firmware recovery tools and EPROM readers to extract residual code from the CPU. We can often rebuild functional ladder logic from the I/O configuration and sensor behavior. If the card is completely blank, we work with you to reconstruct logic from process documentation or provide a template that you can customize. Always recommend customers maintain firmware backups to speed recovery.

Fault codes F42/F48 on FAE drives indicate thermal overload. In Indian summers (40-50°C ambient), textile mills and packaging plants often see cooling fan clogging from dust and lint. Heatsink temperature rises uncontrollably, and the drive enters safe shutdown to protect IGBT modules. Synchronics cleans the drive's cooling system, replaces the thermal cutout sensor if needed, and recommends installing a cabinet-mounted cooling fan if ambient exceeds 40°C. We also upgrade control board conformal coating to prevent humidity-related corrosion.

For rare or obsolete FAE parts, we source from authorized Italian distributors within 10-14 days. We do NOT sell components directly to end customers — parts are included in repair pricing. If you need emergency spare parts, contact us; we can sometimes expedite sourcing for critical production lines.

Pack the unit securely and courier it to our Vadodara workshop. Include a note with the fault description and your contact details. We will log it into our system and WhatsApp you a job number within 24 hours of receipt. Doorstep pickup is available in Vadodara, Ahmedabad, Surat, Mumbai, and Pune.

Repair cost depends on the model and the fault. We offer a free diagnosis — once we identify the fault, we provide a fixed quotation before proceeding. Typical repairs cost 20–40% of the new unit price. We will never repair without your approval.

All repaired units carry a 6-month comprehensive warranty covering the same fault and related issues. If the fault recurs within the warranty period, we repair it free of cost.

Yes. If we cannot repair your FAE unit after diagnosis, you pay only the diagnosis fee (₹500–₹1,500 depending on the product). The unit is returned to you at no additional charge.
