FIDIA board repair cost ranges from Rs 8,000 to Rs 45,000 depending on complexity and component damage. Spindle drives and servo modules typically run Rs 15,000-35,000. Turnaround is 5-7 working days for most boards; express service available for Rs 2,500 extra. We provide free diagnostic report with cost estimate within 24 hours of receipt. Parts cost (capacitors, diodes, MOSFETs) are charged separately at cost + 15% handling.

Absolutely. Overcurrent faults (Error 3.x.xx) are our specialty — we replace failed output stage MOSFETs, reflow gate drive circuits, and replace degraded electrolytic capacitors. Thermal shutdown issues are usually capacitor dry-out or cooling fan relay failure; we address both. Every servo drive gets 4-hour thermal stress testing at 85°C and 2-hour constant load test before shipment. We can also reprogram servo loop parameters if your machine requires different bandwidth.

Axis drift is almost always repairable without board replacement. The cause is usually encoder cable shield degradation, Hall effect sensor aging, or servo conditioner circuit drift. Synchronics performs complete shaft testing, Hall sensor replacement if needed, encoder interface reflow, and servo loop re-tuning using FIDIA calibration tools. We verify micron-level positioning accuracy (typically 0.01mm) before return. This costs far less than a new board and takes 6-7 days.

We primarily repair FIDIA electronics and restore boards to working condition. However, we stock common replacement components — electrolytic capacitors (Japanese-grade, 105°C rated), power MOSFETs, rectifier diodes, Hall sensors, and USB connectors. For unavailable parts, we source them from our network in Bangalore and Chennai within 2-3 days. For major components like servo modules or spindle motors, we recommend contacting FIDIA's India distributor or we can facilitate sourcing.

Pack the unit securely and courier it to our Vadodara workshop. Include a note with the fault description and your contact details. We will log it into our system and WhatsApp you a job number within 24 hours of receipt. Doorstep pickup is available in Vadodara, Ahmedabad, Surat, Mumbai, and Pune.

Repair cost depends on the model and the fault. We offer a free diagnosis — once we identify the fault, we provide a fixed quotation before proceeding. Typical repairs cost 20–40% of the new unit price. We will never repair without your approval.

All repaired units carry a 6-month comprehensive warranty covering the same fault and related issues. If the fault recurs within the warranty period, we repair it free of cost.

Yes. If we cannot repair your FIDIA unit after diagnosis, you pay only the diagnosis fee (₹500–₹1,500 depending on the product). The unit is returned to you at no additional charge.
