Absolutely. Every GE drive, PLC, and servo system repaired by Synchronics undergoes full functional testing on a dedicated test rig that mimics real-world load conditions. For PowerFlex drives, we perform input voltage sweep tests, output waveform analysis, and thermal equilibrium verification. For servo systems, we validate encoder feedback, PID loop stability, and acceleration profiles. For communication modules, we test with live industrial networks. A detailed test certificate is provided with every return shipment.

Synchronics provides a 12-month warranty on all parts repaired or replaced, covering material and workmanship defects. If an IGBT module, capacitor, or major component fails within 12 months under normal operating conditions, we repair or replace it free of charge (labor plus parts). Extended warranty options are available for critical production equipment. All warranties are conditional on proper installation and adherence to GE operating specifications.

Pack the unit securely and courier it to our Vadodara workshop. Include a note with the fault description and your contact details. We will log it into our system and WhatsApp you a job number within 24 hours of receipt. Doorstep pickup is available in Vadodara, Ahmedabad, Surat, Mumbai, and Pune.

Repair cost depends on the model and the fault. We offer a free diagnosis — once we identify the fault, we provide a fixed quotation before proceeding. Typical repairs cost 20–40% of the new unit price. We will never repair without your approval.

All repaired units carry a 6-month comprehensive warranty covering the same fault and related issues. If the fault recurs within the warranty period, we repair it free of cost.

Yes. If we cannot repair your GE ELECTRONICS unit after diagnosis, you pay only the diagnosis fee (₹500–₹1,500 depending on the product). The unit is returned to you at no additional charge.
