Thermal binding equipment typically requires 3-5 working days for diagnosis, component replacement, and quality testing. Heating element replacement takes 1-2 days if parts are in stock. Thermostat recalibration adds 1-2 days. Control board repairs may extend to 5-7 days if PCB rework is required. All repaired units carry a 6-month comprehensive warranty covering the same fault and related issues. If the fault recurs within the warranty period, we repair it free of cost.

Yes. If we cannot repair your GENERAL BINDING unit after diagnosis, you pay only the diagnosis fee (₹500–₹1,500 depending on the product). The unit is returned to you at no additional charge.
