Yes, frequently. Synchronics has in-stock EEPROM programmer and recovery software for all HDPLC-100 through HDPLC-300 series. If your program memory is corrupted due to power loss or firmware bug, we extract readable blocks and reflash using your original program backup. If backup is unavailable, we can often recover partial program from device memory trace. For controllers with completely erased EEPROM, we reprogram the boot loader and establish serial console access so you can reload your application software. Turnaround is typically 3-4 days.

Synchronics maintains stock of common H DIGITAL DI/DO modules (HDIM-8DI, HDIM-8DO, HDIM-16DI/8DO), analog input cards (HDAI-4CH), and RS-485 communication boards (HDCOM-485-ISO). Absolutely. Every repaired H DIGITAL unit undergoes functional validation in our test harness including power-on self-test, I/O module detection, communication loopback test (RS-485, Ethernet, Modbus), and load stress test under simulated machine conditions for 2 hours minimum. Test results with timestamp and engineer signature are included in the repair report. For PLC controllers, we run your customer program in sandbox mode if provided, or execute basic control sequences if program is confidential. Most H DIGITAL failures are at the component level and repairable. Optical couplers, electrolytic capacitors, diodes, and small connector corrosion are easily replaced. We do NOT repair if (1) ASIC or FPGA is damaged (these are soldered and not available separately), (2) PCB trace damage from water ingress or chemical corrosion is extensive, or (3) crystal oscillator is failed in timing-critical modules. In such cases, we recommend module swap with customer's spare or purchase refurbished units from authorized distributors. Repair cost depends on the model and the fault. We offer a free diagnosis — once we identify the fault, we provide a fixed quotation before proceeding. Typical repairs cost 20–40% of the new unit price. We will never repair without your approval.

All repaired units carry a 6-month comprehensive warranty covering the same fault and related issues. If the fault recurs within the warranty period, we repair it free of cost.

Yes. If we cannot repair your H DIGITAL unit after diagnosis, you pay only the diagnosis fee (₹500–₹1,500 depending on the product). The unit is returned to you at no additional charge.
