Yes. Our technicians are certified in HETRONIK in-system programming using JTAG and serial bootloader protocols. We maintain an archive of original ECB firmware images for all major versions from ECB-M2 through ECB-I6 current production. If your firmware is lost or corrupted, we can reflash from original media or recover from cloud backup if available. All repaired units carry a 6-month comprehensive warranty covering the same fault and related issues. If the fault recurs within the warranty period, we repair it free of cost.

Yes. If we cannot repair your HETRONIK unit after diagnosis, you pay only the diagnosis fee (₹500–₹1,500 depending on the product). The unit is returned to you at no additional charge.
