We operate Pan India door-to-door pickup from major industrial hubs: Mumbai, Delhi, Pune, Bengaluru, Chennai, Hyderabad, Ahmedabad, Kolkata, and hundreds of smaller cities. All repairs are performed at our primary facility in Vadodara, Gujarat. Typical turnaround is 5-7 working days including diagnostics, repair, calibration, and testing.

Repair costs vary based on fault severity and component replacement needs. Minor faults (connector cleaning, software reload, calibration drift) typically cost Rs. 8,000-15,000. Major hardware failures (IC replacement, board rework) range Rs. 15,000-40,000. Analytical instrument electrode replacement and sensor recalibration runs Rs. 10,000-25,000 per channel. Synchronics provides free diagnostic assessment and a detailed quote before work begins. We often cost-effectively repair equipment where replacement would be 3-5x more expensive.

Absolutely. Beyond hardware repair, Synchronics offers HART device configuration, protocol verification, and on-site commissioning support. We restore your original transmitter addresses, ranges, and output scaling; validate HART communication handshake with host DCS; and provide configuration documentation. For HS analysers, we perform multi-point calibration using your reference standards or supply certified standards. This ensures seamless re-integration into your existing process control network without commissioning delays.

Synchronics provides 12-month warranty on all component replacements and circuit board repairs, covering manufacturing defects and workmanship. We exclude damage from user misuse, incorrect wiring, or environmental abuse. For transmitters and analysers, warranty includes sensor functionality and measurement accuracy to within sensor specification after recalibration. If equipment fails within warranty, Synchronics repairs again at no cost including return shipping.

Yes. Synchronics maintains stock of common HS replacement modules, power supplies, I/O cards, and sensor components. For obsolete HS products, we identify modern replacement cards or modules compatible with your existing DCS backplane or provide exact-pin compatible alternatives from approved industrial suppliers. We test compatibility in our lab before shipment and handle installation consultation. Many Indian plants extend equipment life 5-10 years using this approach rather than full DCS replacement.

Pack the unit securely and courier it to our Vadodara workshop. Include a note with the fault description and your contact details. We will log it into our system and WhatsApp you a job number within 24 hours of receipt. Doorstep pickup is available in Vadodara, Ahmedabad, Surat, Mumbai, and Pune.

Repair cost depends on the model and the fault. We offer a free diagnosis — once we identify the fault, we provide a fixed quotation before proceeding. Typical repairs cost 20–40% of the new unit price. We will never repair without your approval.

All repaired units carry a 6-month comprehensive warranty covering the same fault and related issues. If the fault recurs within the warranty period, we repair it free of cost.

Yes. If we cannot repair your HS unit after diagnosis, you pay only the diagnosis fee (₹500–₹1,500 depending on the product). The unit is returned to you at no additional charge.
