Yes. We maintain a library of RTA-compatible test encoders and servo motor load banks to validate AX Series drive performance without the original equipment attached. We perform closed-loop step-response testing, ramp linearity verification, and thermal stability profiling. However, we recommend customers ship the encoder and motor together if possible, so we can confirm exact compatibility before re-installation on your machine. Turnaround is typically 5-7 working days for standard AX4i/AX8i repairs.

RTA LIB module repair costs between INR 8,000 and 25,000 depending on fault type and component replacement depth. Simple relay or opto-coupler replacement runs 7-10 days; complex firmware rewrite or EEPROM recovery takes 10-15 days. We provide upfront diagnostic cost (INR 2,500) and written repair quotation before proceeding. Synchronics offers loaner LIB modules for critical production lines to minimise downtime while your unit is in service.

Synchronics repairs legacy RTA fieldbus modules because many Indian textile mills, pulp plants, and automotive suppliers still run parallel Profibus and DeviceNet networks alongside newer Ethernet infrastructure. We have OEM protocol analysers and network simulation rigs to diagnose bus timing issues, node conflicts, and cable impedance problems. However, we also advise customers on gradual migration to RTA Ethernet gateways and industrial WiFi repeaters to reduce legacy module dependency. We can quote modular replacement and re-integration work alongside repair.

Synchronics cannot regenerate expired RTA EasyMotion software keys directly because RTA uses time-locked central authentication servers. However, we maintain contact with RTA authorized distributors in India and can facilitate rapid licence renewal for registered installations. For systems on end-of-life EasyMotion versions, we can assess the cost and feasibility of upgrading to current EasyMotion Professional releases, which often come with extended support periods. Pack the unit securely and courier it to our Vadodara workshop. Include a note with the fault description and your contact details. We will log it into our system and WhatsApp you a job number within 24 hours of receipt. Doorstep pickup is available in Vadodara, Ahmedabad, Surat, Mumbai, and Pune.

Repair cost depends on the model and the fault. We offer a free diagnosis — once we identify the fault, we provide a fixed quotation before proceeding. Typical repairs cost 20–40% of the new unit price. We will never repair without your approval.

All repaired units carry a 6-month comprehensive warranty covering the same fault and related issues. If the fault recurs within the warranty period, we repair it free of cost.

Yes. If we cannot repair your RTA unit after diagnosis, you pay only the diagnosis fee (₹500–₹1,500 depending on the product). The unit is returned to you at no additional charge.
