Repairs are performed in our Vadodara, Gujarat facility with 5-10 day turnaround for standard faults.

Slow movement in TIMOTION TL actuators typically indicates potentiometer wear or increased mechanical friction in the lead screw. First, inspect the actuator externally for dirt or corrosion on the rod. If externally clean, the issue is internal pot degradation or lubricant breakdown. Synchronics can test pot resistance curves remotely; if faulty, we perform in-factory replacement with full recalibration. Do not force the actuator, as this damages internal components irreversibly.

TIMOTION FS7 control module repairs typically range from Rs 6,000 to Rs 15,000 depending on fault severity. Simple power supply capacitor replacement (Rs 6,000-8,000) is common for brownout issues. Complex failures involving RF module IC replacement or EEPROM reprogramming (Rs 10,000-15,000) are also within normal range. We provide on-site calibration of TL Series actuators to ensure position accuracy within +/- 2 mm tolerance per TIMOTION specifications. Pack the unit securely and courier it to our Vadodara workshop. Include a note with the fault description and your contact details. We will log it into our system and WhatsApp you a job number within 24 hours of receipt. Doorstep pickup is available in Vadodara, Ahmedabad, Surat, Mumbai, and Pune.

Repair cost depends on the model and the fault. We offer a free diagnosis — once we identify the fault, we provide a fixed quotation before proceeding. Typical repairs cost 20–40% of the new unit price. We will never repair without your approval.

All repaired units carry a 6-month comprehensive warranty covering the same fault and related issues. If the fault recurs within the warranty period, we repair it free of cost.

Yes. If we cannot repair your TIMOTION unit after diagnosis, you pay only the diagnosis fee (₹500–₹1,500 depending on the product). The unit is returned to you at no additional charge.
