Our standard warranty covers the exact same fault that was originally repaired. If the issue reoccurs within 6 months, we will re-repair it completely free of charge — including component replacement, labour, and diagnosis. It does not cover new faults, physical damage caused after repair, or damage from power surges.

Extended warranty plans must be selected at the time of repair — before your equipment is dispatched back to you. They cannot be added at a later stage. Make sure to discuss your plan preference when submitting the repair job.

Contact us via call, email, or WhatsApp with your repair job number. Our team will verify coverage and guide you through the claim. Shield Plus and Shield Pro customers get pickup from your location. Shield Pro customers get priority queue placement for faster turnaround.

Every warranted repair comes with a professionally formatted PDF warranty certificate sent to your registered email. It includes the job number, repair details, warranty period, coverage terms, and a QR code that links to your repair record. Useful for your maintenance records and audits.

After every repair, we email you a detailed report showing before/after photos of the repaired board or drive, the fault identified, root cause analysis, components replaced, and test results. This gives you full visibility into what was done and serves as documentation for your maintenance team.

Warranty does not cover: damage from power surges, lightning strikes, or voltage fluctuations; physical damage or water ingress after repair; modifications made by third parties; normal wear and tear of consumable parts; issues caused by operating the equipment outside its rated specifications.
