Gate Driver IC (IR2110) Rework and Joint Inspection
Removed gate driver IC using controlled hot-air reflow (350-380 °C profile, 90-second ramp), cleaned solder pads with isopropyl alcohol and fine-tip solder sucker, and replaced with new IR2110 device using lead-free solder with X-ray void inspection at <5% threshold.
DC-Link Capacitor Upgrade Installation
Installed dual Murata GXH 2200 µF / 950V polymer capacitors with 15 mm lead spacing, rated for 5x transient overvoltage capability and low-ESR (<15 mΩ) to enhance surge tolerance and reduce voltage ripple.
Feedback Resistor Network and MOV Protection Replacement
