Oscilloscope analysis at 15V auxiliary supply rail revealed 3.7V AC ripple (normal <0.2V), confirming capacitor impedance allowed 100Hz noise coupling into gate-driver switching circuits.

Capacitor Module Desoldering and Removal

Carefully desoldered all four aged Vishay MKP1839 150µF/450V capacitors and 10µF/630V snubber module using controlled-temperature soldering iron with flux recovery, preserving PCB trace integrity.
